About the role The multidisciplinary team responsible for developing Karma's products and experiences will include you. Our team strives to make shopping more compelling and convenient. To ensure great customer experiences, you will lead the design and execution work across a shopping problem space in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, UX Researchers and UX Writers. What you will do

  • Be a source of inspiration on crafting and executing design for multiple and complex projects based on the problem space
  • Drive the process of product design from discovery to implementation in one of the problem spaces within the shopping industry (search, inspiration, checkout, deals, loyalty programs, order management, etc.).
  • Your team should include Product Managers, Engineers and Designers, as well as UX researchers, UX writers, and marketers
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and craft excellence are essential in transforming complex and abstract concepts and challenges into well-articulated, tangible solutions
  • Make your team and stakeholders more customer-centric by using human-centered design methodology and practices (e.g. conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, etc.).
  • Karma's design community is growing fast - help shape its culture
